ttc-ing
I just have a question about ttc-ing and AF. Clearly my screename shows that I am a newbie when it comes to ttc-ing.... so my question is this...
If I ttc'ed a week before AF is due to arrive, do you think it's possible that she'll still show even if I am pregnant? Anyone ever have that happen to them? TIA.

Re: ttc-ing
It all depends on when you ovulate. Usually if you have a 28-30 day cycle, you ovulate 2 weeks before AF. If you conceive then she won't show. A week before AF is usually past ovulation.

Re: ttc-ing
The reason why people get pregnant at what they think is a 'weird' time is because, you can never be sure when you ovulate. Unless you are tracking it through opk's or temps. So in other words, someone can ovulate much later or earlier then they 'usually' do. If you ttced one week before AF, you can be pregnant if your ovulation was later that cycle than usual. You will not get AF if you conceived. However, you may get implantation bleeding, which can confuse you :) If you are seriously ttc, you should track your ovulation. Buy some opks or the fertility monitor and get that thermometer ready :) Lots of babydust :)
