End of Year Teacher Gifts

Its that time of year....looking for some new ideas for this year...mainly for the specials teachers as there are a lot of them and I want to do something small - maybe $5 for them..any ideas?

Last year I did buy gifts for DD's main teacher and assistant but thinking of doing GC's for them this year.

We have a class mom who collects money from everyone and buy one gift card from the class. Honestly, I think it's the best thing to do! That way, the teacher can use it for something they really need or want.

Its a good idea but we dont have that system in place at our school and too difficult to get it off the ground at this stage of the year.

We bought our class mothers candles from Sams Club that ended up being $1.80 each! They are really nice and come with a gift box to put them in. They were in a four pack...you could totally do those for special area teachers. For my own kids' special area teachers, I usually just do a small Dunkin Donuts gift card.

I've given my kids' teachers gift cards to a restaurant/pizzeria close to their houses. I have received Yankee Candles (which I love) and always a few new Vera Bradley accessories too (lunchbox, wallets, makeup bags).

End of Year Teacher Gifts

We have lots of specials teachers, TAs, etc. to buy for. Last year, we made these...each had a $ 5 Starbucks gift card inside, and a note from the child thanking them for a fun year

I usually get a Starbucks gift card.

If I found a teacher that went above & beyond, I'd write a letter.
