WW and BF moms
i recently rejoined WW but now as a mom of twins and still BF its a completely different experience. I have 37 daily points and only time to do about 30mins of a workout before work.
Anyone else on WW and BF? how do you split up your points through out the day?

Yes, although for me, I think they give me too many points, so I adjusted down slightly. I have been trying to eat fewer points in the morning- I do a smoothie with frozen bananas and blueberries, almond milk, peanut butter and greens, which works out to 4ish points, and then I spread the points out about even for lunch and dinner, allowing for a 4 point snack somewhere along the line, and a points-free dessert (fruit- sometimes a frozen banana pureed in the food processor- kind of tastes like ice cream!). I am sure with twins BF you need all 37 of those points and then some!! GL!
