Brazilian Coconut Truffle (Beijinho) - do they require refrigeration?
I have made these before...
Brazilian Coconut Truffle (Beijinho)
And they are FANTASTIC!
But I have just made them for my family....
But I want to make a lot for a party this weekend..and was wondering if they NEED to be refrigerated?!?!

I don't know if you saw- but the blog writer answered your question

you can keep them at room temperature and if you find they are too soft and melting and hard to roll into balls, that means you did not cook them long enough. Just return them to the stove for a little longer"

Thank you! I did see...
I ended up leaving them in the fridge until right before serving...and I was glad I did... they got too soft too fast in yesterday's hot weather ! But 90% were gone before they got to this point!
