signed up for my first 5k in a long time!
I used to be a runner, and used to run 6-7 miles at a time routinely... now, not so much anymore! I now do mostly walking during the day to try and fit in some exercise since its been hard for me balancing work and taking care of DS, but as I have been losing weight and slowly getting back to my pre pregnancy weight I decided to sign up for a 5k at the end of June... now, when I was in really good running shape I would run 5k's in less than 24 minutes, but now I know that's not realistic for me. Just hoping I get through ok! Wish me luck!
