Who would I see for this?
I have really bad acne. I always have had bad skin.
I get thick chin hairs that I have to pluck everyday.
My hair is fine but lately it's starting to thin.
I always have issues with my weight. I was a track runner in middle and high school..both seasons and was still a tad chunky for my height. The only time I was ever thin I was on hardcore Adkins and barely ate.
My hair and skin are always oily. You can see an oily sheen on my face.
I thought it was my diet. Two months ago I started eating 90% organic, very healthy, no dyes, no fake sugars, I cut down on carbs, starting making my own meals, and now only drink water with lemon. I dropped 20 lbs and plan to keep going but my face and hair are still a mess.
I'm tired all the time. I even take adderall for add and I'm still tired.
I had my thyroid checked about 6-7 years ago since I've always had these issues but it came up fine. Thyroid issues, diabetes, and scleroderma run in my family but the dr said I'm fine. I beg to differ. I did feel like it wa maybe PCOS but I got pregnant on the first time trying both times and my Gyno said it didn't sound like PCOS.

Re: Who would I see for this?
It's sound VERY MUCH like PCOS. The androgen hormones cause the acne, facial hair and thinning hair (can mimick male pattern baldness in some woman). I would try: 1. A new GYN for bloodwork and dx. PCOS is a complicated dx. It sometimes is about the collection of symptoms and clinical data 2. An endocrinologist or even a reproductive endo. You don't have to be TTC to see one, they can dxs and treat you if it is PCOS 3. A dermatologist might be able to help with the acne.
Oh and if you are TTC or want to in the futre, I would avoid birth control bills!!
GL!!
ETA: Most of your symptoms also point to thyroid issues. Different doctos seem to have different thresholds for when they give meds. I had one RE call my TSH normal and a different one put me on meds...turns out I needed the meds! And your diet will help some of the symptoms of PCOS, esp. organic/low carb. I would also avoid artificfal sweetners if it is PCOS.
