need some HR advice

I've been offered a position with my former boss. HR called me and left me a message on Monday at my house. I returned the call Tues and left a vm. No return call yet.

Should I call again? It's just to set up an interview since i was already offered the job.tia

Also maybe let your new boss know you are trying to get in touch.

I just went through this for my new job and it would sometimes take HR a few days to respond. I'm guessing because it's a super large organization and she was busy.

There were specific time sensitive things I needed to follow up on with HR, in order to begin my orientation on time, so I just kept my supervisor in the loop every step of the way.

Towards the end, other people in the HR dept besides my direct HR person got involved.

I would. I'm going through this at the moment. I got a call on Monday about a job offer. I called back yesterday left a message & I will call her back today. I already work in the dept I'm in, this is a more permanent position.
