Went to CrossFit for the first time!

Loveme LIF Adult Member since 6/11 3170 total posts Name: Me	Went to CrossFit for the first time! I went to a free trial at my local CrossFit and it was amazing! I have been an active gym-goer for 10+ years and this is like nothing I have ever done. It's not easy though! Just wanted to share my experience with someone other than DH who didn't really care when I told him about it

Traditional exercises, using minimal equipment and they have a Workout of the Day. Bare bones gyms, usually in a warehouse space.
