BMI Categories:
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

these calculations don't take into account lean body mass vs. fat, water, etc.

BMI is not really a good measure to use. Some elite athletes have a high BMI because they're heavier than average people, but have a high percentage of muscle and low body-fat. So, they can have a BMI saying they're obese which is totally inaccurate.

this is average...based on the average amount of muscle/fat the average adult male/female has
obviously it's not 100% accurate, but rather a gauge...
mine is 22.6

yeah thats why i know im not "underweight". I think i look fine. I think bc i lost some muscle since the wedding but thats in its way back now
