Re: White Sangria recipe
I made a very simple white sangria for Mother's Day. I just winged it and everyone seemed to like it as I had to keep making more, lol.
I used:
One bottle of sauvignon blanc One bottle of Sprite Cut up Bosc pears Cut up peaches
Place the fruit in a large bowl. Add the wine. Put bowl in refrigerator for several hours to allow the flavors to meld. When ready to serve, I put the fruit/wine mixture in a glass pitcher about half-way up and then added the Sprite. Repeat as needed. I liked using the Sprite as it gave it the sweetness it needed without having to add sugar.

Re: White Sangria recipe
1 Bottle Asti Spumante (for a little bubble, you can also skip this and use seltzer) 1-2 Cups Brandy (not the flavored kind) 1-2 Cups Triple Sec 1 Bottle Chardonnay
Chop fruit of your choice and add juices of your choice (I like white grape juice) and do everything to taste. I usually end up adding a lot more of my allotted ingredients.
I loooooooove this recipe. I use it all the time and people really enjoy it.
