Quick and easy Desserts
I am trying to help out my brother who wants to make his friends a few desserts this weekend up in the catskills. Anyone know are any quic, easy not that many ingredients and maybe something that doesnt need a stand mixer.

Easiest one and get raves...plus tastes great leftover!
Sand- 3 packages vanilla pudding; make as stated on back of package Mix in two things of cool whip Mix in two packages of crushed chips ahoy
Soooo delicious!!!

No bake eclair dessert
Ingredients Filling: 2 (3.5 oz.) boxes vanilla instant pudding 3 c. milk 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip Graham crackers
Topping: 1/3 c. cocoa 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. milk 1 stick (1/2 c.) butter (or margarine) 1 tsp. vanilla?
Directions For the filling: 1. Combine pudding mix and milk; beat. Stir in Cool Whip.
2. Place a layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9x13" dish. Spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and pudding; then top with a final layer of graham crackers.
For the topping: 3. Bring cocoa, milk, and sugar to a full rolling boil; boil about 1 minute, stirring very frequently. Remove from heat and cool one minute. Add butter and vanilla; stir until butter is melted.
4. Pour chocolate topping over the top layer of graham crackers.
5. Refrigerate over night.

yes...if you want to be creative put it in a pail and have guests scoop it out with a shovel...then they eat it with a spoon

Quick and easy Desserts
Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients: 12oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup peanut butter chips 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 1 stick of margarine non stick alumn foil Pre-heat oven to 350. Line 13 x9 pan with nonstick foil. Melt stick of margarine in pan. Once margarine is liquid, pour graham cracker crumbs over it. Pour can of sweetened condensed milk over crumbs. Add the chocolate and peanut butter chips on top and pat down. Bake for 25-30 min. After cool, cut in squares.
I've been making these forever and evrybody loves them and the are so easy!

Strawberries stuffed with cheesecake
These never last more than 5 minutes when I put them out.
So simple to make and delicious!!!

1 container of any flavor yogurt 1 container of cool whip 1 graham cracker pie crust
Mix the yogurt and cool whip. Put it all into the pie crust. Freeze for a little bit. Eat. It's very light and delicious!

Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs These look yummy and you really just need to assemble them.
Caramel bars These are so good! You can sub out the caramel for a raspberry jam and then you don't need to use the stove.
Boxed brownie mix is always a hit. You can add a mix of different kinds of chocolate chips to give them a homemade touch.

keebler gaham cracker crust, a pack of kozyshack pudding and cool hhhwhip on top. easy chocolate cream pie thattakes 3 minutes to put together

Bake off some mini phylo cups
Mix lemon curd and marscapone
Fill cups with curd mixture, top with fresh blueberries, fresh raspberries, blueberry jam, and/or raspberry jam
