vet recommendation in suffolk?

I've been going to islip animal hospital for yearsss with my furbabies. even after I moved from islip to port jeff, I continued to drive out there bc I loved loved loved this one particular vet. unfortunately, he has left the practice and following him elsewhere isn't an option. it's ridiculous how sad I am over it... but I just trusted him emphatically and felt like he just knew my dogs so well, listened to me, was so good with them etc. I have no complaints about the rest of the practice, but, not sure i want to continue driving half an hour if i don't love the vet i'm seeing, persay. anyway, I know plenty of people with dogs but no one has ever said to me "go to such & such vet, I LOVE them" etc. I want to love and trust my vet... so... any recs?

I have 2 I can recommend.

Sayville Hospital for Animals on Sunrise.
Love them.
Very nice, very caring vets. Reasonable prices.

Grady Animal Hosptial- also in Sayville but on Montauk Highway.
Brand new facility- immaculate.
Also very nice and trustworthy..

ITA with both of these recs. We brought my dog to Sayville Animal Hospital throughout her 16 yrs and they were always wonderful. I also had friends who have worked here and said they treat the animals wonderful.

I now recently started using Grady Animal Hospital because I really like the fact that they do a lot of work for rescues. Nothing but a great experience with them so far.

IMO you can't go wrong with either of these rec's though.

Jefferson Animal hospital. We used them when we lived in NY. Loved them. They where the only ones I trusted to board Sandy.
