Wilton Icing Color Gels
How long do they last once opened?
I can't find an expiration date on any of my gels. I'm debating whether to get new colors or use the ones I already have. Thanks!

It really depends- some batches or certain colors I find dry out or go bad faster. I usually just check out the consistency of it. If it's too gummy, I toss it.
