spin off nutria system
I wanted to see if Nutria system really works. I am in desperte need to lose 20 pounds and want to by CHristmas. I will settle for 10 by then though. I have never been this heavy . Iwegh 143 pounds   . Does this really work and can I expect to see results in a month. I know that if I dont I will get discouraged. My plan is to do NS for one month and thengo on WW . Any help is appreciatred.
