I borrowed 20 but he was my 3rd kid in 5 years so I had nothing in my CAR.

yes I borrowed the full 20 which is the most you can borrow, I had to because I stopped working a month before I gave birth and had maybe 3 days in my car, its no big deal eventually they will all be paid back, almost everyone I know borrowed some when they gave birth
