Anyone use the MATTE Bare Minerals Foundation?
I was just curious as to the difference and if it's any good.
My skin tends to shine mid day - I was wondering if the matte would be better?

I have used in in the past & liked it. It definitely is less reflective than the regular. The only problem I had is that the colors don't matchup exactly.
I switched back to the regular for the winter because I am old sometimes fell anything very matte makes be look older.
I kind of want to buy the two & mix them together to get an in-between finish, but I am trying to spend less on makeup! (and I have no idea if that would work anyway)
ETA- they also make a mattifying primer you can wear underneath if the shininess issue is from too much oil.

I used it a long time ago though and people online are saying it has changed.
Some people say the mineral veil over it helps, but that made me itch. You could also just carry a regular pressed powder to touch up later in the day.
But I would still try the matte if you are oily--it doesn't add any shine the way the regular does.

That's what I found, too. I was trying a few colors, mixing and matching, and it was still off. I wound up just buying the original again.

That's what I found, too. I was trying a few colors, mixing and matching, and it was still off. I wound up just buying the original again.
