Has anyone sent their Chanel out to the Chanel Hospital?
I have a classic Chanel bag that I have worn every day for the last three years. It is starting to show its wear (the chain could be replacing and it has some wear on the bottom corners). It is caviar leather. Has anyone sent their bag back to Chanel for repair? I heard they come back looking absolutely brand new. I also heard it costs about $500 and can take six months. I am reluctant to be without it.

Has anyone sent their Chanel out to the Chanel Hospital?
I brought mine to a Chanel store in Manhattan and they sent it out for me. It didn't take too long - maybe one to two weeks.
