I like the first one you posted! They use really great leathers!!!
I had the Havana Hobo in Luggage, but returned it because I ultimately didn't like the way they flap hung over the side (it seemed like it needed another inch for it to lay right.)
That being said, I was really sad to return it b/c the leather was to die for and the bag was beautiful otherwise. 
If you like the HH bags, you may want to check out websites like:
JCMadison.com
and
Feng Junk (you can get 15% off with FALL06)
they sometimes offer better prices on the HH bags. Unfortunately for me, they don't carry the Lorca in Pyrite.
