DOE employees and FSA for day care...
So how does this work.
If I say allocate 4k for the year for FSA (DeCap as they call it) daycare expenses my understanding is that they prorate it over my checks take out a set amount each check and put that amount into my checking account tax free
Is that how it works? If not can you please explain-thanks so much

DOE employees and FSA for day care...
That's how it works and we take the maximum it takes the whole year for them to take the money and reimburse you..fm if you have questions

Do they charge an admin fee? I was thinking of switching from my plan (not a teacher) to DH (NYC doe) but I read in the paperwork they charge you?
