I bought years ago. The quality was alright, but I didn't get a "leather" type boot. I ordered a suede type boot and I wore them. They were decent for the price.
ETA I think if it's a heel and not a boot you are prob better off!

I ordered boots from there recently.
They are comfortable, I like the way they look, but they aren't the best quality. I like the style, so I'll be happy to have them for this fall/winter. Beyond that, I'm not sure how they'll hold up.
