I have a bunch of ingredients leftover from taco night. Thought about doing a taco bake. How should I make it. Here is what I have. Taco meat , cheese, refried beans, yellow rice, sour cream, hard and soft shell

Was going to supermarket. Was thinking about getting some salsa. Do u think I should add some?

you can make taco crescent roll ups:


Ingredients
•1 Cup cooked taco meat (turkey or beef)
•½ Cup shredded cheddarjack cheese
•1 can regular crescent rolls (8)
•Optional: Sour cream and Salsa for dipping

Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.Separate and slightly flatten crescent roll dough triangles on greased baking sheet
3.Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of shredded cheese on each triangle
4.Spoon ground beef mixture on top of cheese
5.Roll crescents like normal, carefully keeping the filling inside as you roll and seal the openings.
6.Sprinkle a bit of cheddar cheese on top of each roll.
7.Bake 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
8.Serve warm with sour cream and salsa on side for dipping if desired.

I'm not sure how much you have of everything.....but you could turn it into enchiladas & get the sauce to pour over the wrapped up ingredients. Or enchilada "lasagna" using the soft tortillas, get the sauce. Layer & bake until bubbly..

You could also just buy lettuce and use all of your ingredients to make a taco salad (top with the meat, crumbled tortilla shells, beans, cheese, etc.).

Get a Pilsbury pizza crust and make taco pizza!
