Reheating Quesadilla for a Party?
Would I be able to make quesadilla's earlier and then put in the oven and reheat for a later in the day football party? I don't want to be cooking with my guests there but find these to be so easy and think they would be a hit.
TIA

Re: Reheating Quesadilla for a Party?
My friend always makes oven baked quesadillas that come out great (versus making them in a skillet). She assembles them in advance and then just bakes them right before serving, so all she has to do is literally stick them in the oven.
If I were you, I would do it that way. I like to do as much as possible in advance, too, but this is pretty much the same amount of work as reheating, and I would worry the tortillas would get soggy or weird if I made them totally in advance and reheated.

Another option would be (if you have a griddle) is to just set it up on the counter and heat them up and serve them as soon as they're done so you have a continuous rotation of hot quesadillas going.
