Betty Crocker spice cake mix
I am looking to make a very very simple cake or cupcakes to bring over a relative's house for Thanksgiving. So I was looking into making something with this.
Is it good? Anyone have it?

It's very good. Has almost a gingerbread taste. I always have a box on hand.

Yea, very good. I made muffins with it and added some pumpkin puree into the mix too.

I used it this past weekend to cut corners for a caramel apple trifle! I added in some apple in the batter and layered with custard, apple pie filling, and homemade caramel sauce. It was soooooooo delicious!
