Cleaning person recommendations

I've been on maternity leave and am about to go back to work. In order to keep my sanity I would like to hire a cleaning person to clean either once a week or every other week. I'm not interested in Merry Maids or Theresa's due to family who have used them and been very unhappy. I live on the south shore in Suffolk county...Patchogue to be exact. Any suggestions and if you could tell me what you like about them that would be great. Thanks.

Bumping -- I'm interested in this, too -- and I'm nearby.

I've previously had 3 cleaning "teams" at our house. One was a very nice lady and her friend but I think they became complacent and actually stopped cleaning parts of the house on purpose (ie one time said the vacuum was broken so they didn't do any of the HW floors, which is all I have in the house). The second lady came very highly recommended but she broke a lot of stuff (vacuum, picture frames, base moldings) and it took 6+ hrs to clean the 3b/2ba house. Our last woman came with a team of 4-5 women and cleaned the house in less than an hour for a great price - but her team came at random times during the day and they also broke my basement doors and egress window handles too.

I'd love to find a nice, reliable team to come 2-3x per month to clean - I'll FM you if I find someone.

I use Big Brother Cleaning. They send 2 or 3 men usually.
