Lasagna-cutting it neatly?
How do you cut nice portions of lasagna so it looks good presentation wise? I may make this for thanksgiving but every time I cut it -it looks yuck on the plate.

I let it sit for 15 miutes after I pull it out of the oven.
I also heard of making a lattice type pattern when making the lasagna - it supposedly helps to keep everything together. I have never done it.

don't cut it when you take it out of the oven. make sure it cools off a bit

Let it cool for a bit like others have said. Also, the first piece is always the sloppiest, so just throw that in a tupperware for yourself for later...once you have a little room to move around in the pan, the rest will be neater!
