Ann Talor Loft...
i have gift cards that i got for my b-day. i want to go and use them. is it better to go now or wait for columbus day. i know the department stores will have sales but will the small stores also have sales

They have pretty good sales all the time actually, but if you know a HUGE sale is coming, I'd wait.
