30-day Ab Challenge
A few of my friends & I are doing this ab challenge starting today. I thought you guys might like it too.

We're also adding squats, starting with 30 & increasing by 5 every other day. You will be at 100 squats on day 30

30-day Ab Challenge
I'm in. Hopefully I see some results (combined with diet and exercise, of course) Ok, I'll be honest. I have been doing planks and crunches since May when I was cleared to start doing so after my 2nd csection. What I've learned tonight: doing a correct sit up is so much harder that I have no feeling under my belly button. I was only able to 5 correct and 10 modified. I guess my 30 day challenge will be more like a 45 day.

Well take your time on the sit ups if you need. I think just doing the challenge keeps me more focused on eating right since i want my stomach to look flat.
To add to the squats, I sometimes use a kettlebell & swing my arms up. That might help strengthen your abs too

I also find since my second c section that is extremly harder to do a full sit-up. I mean I have done crunches but a full real situp is hard!! haha!! I guess i really havent done them since highschool.

30-day Ab Challenge
The hardest part of the sit ups for me is not having my feet secure. Meaning no weight on my feet so I have been modifying and placing my feet under my couch.
