diet ideas
im trying to lose weight...im 145 lbs..5'6 and most of my weight is in my lower body..particuraly my legs..any diet or exercise suggestions?

i also truly believe in WW. for exercise, i also carry my weight there and my trainer has me doing the stairmaster constantly. i was afraid of bulking up more there but he swears it will tone the legs.

It certainly does!
I agree. However, if you want to be more fit, then start out with some cardio exercies. Squats and lunges are excellent for the lower body.
