Maybe try Marshall's. 
While it's a hoodie, I bought something that looks very similar there about a week or two ago.
This was the one in West Babylon.

Damn I didn't realize it was a hoodie. I do see it now, when I look at the shoulders. Hoodies aer such a pain in the ass under a coat.
