AF just arrive already
So, I know I ovulated a little later than usual, by like a day, but that would still put me with AF arriving yesterday or today. I've had NO spotting like I usually do, which I attribute to acupuncture regulating my hormones. But, AF is no where to be found. This cycle is starting to really pi$$ me off! I'm figuring that the lack of exercise this month (yes, I haven't been to the gym in a whole month and boy oh boy am I feeling it) has a lot to do with the craziness. Oh well... hopefully a light workout tomorrow morning will help move things along.
