Washing Machine- Bought it!
New Washer
Very VERY pleased with it. What's nice is that the pedestals were buy one/get one.
Also we opted to NOT get the extended warranty for the washer and dryer. At $630 we decided to take our chances. Sometimes its worth it. But for this, its not.
By the way. We went with the Samsung because our washer and dryer are right next to the master bedroom. The floor is reinforced so the house wont shake..but there still was a good amount of noise if were in the living room downstairs. I always knew when the wash and dryer were done because of the noise 
The new washer and dryer have a technology to keep them more quiet. We were skeptical....
...and then we did our first wash. We didn't hear a PEEP downstairs.
Overall I'm VERY pleased. It was between the Samsung and the Whilpool Duet. The reason we went with the whirlpool is that it has a drain hose in the front of the machine. If the machine fails and is full of water it can be drained! The second was this machine is supposed to be quieter.
If anyone has any questions let me know and I will be happy to answer them.

You have to let me know how you like it !!! I am at odds with my FH because I want a front loader and he heard from the guys at work that the Front loaders leak after a year !!!!

Um. I had a front loader before THIS one. It was 10 years old and finally died.
In the 2 years I have lived in the house it did not leak once.
Well made machines don't leak. Period. Failing is one thing. Well made machines don't leak after a year.
I got the pedestals and my life is officially changed. I had no idea that you didn't have to lean over to fill/empty the washer. I am a new woman.
And for the 2 days I have been using the machine I LOVE it.
