I don't see why not- it's just a brush. Just use a pregnancy safe face wash with it

The only thing I can think of is that if your face is more sensitive while pregnant ( I know the hormones can do weird skin things to some people), it might irritate you but it won't hurt the baby because the cleanser you use is up to you, so you might have to stop using it or use it less often.

Yea you just use your own face wash with it. I use my purity face wash.
And i started using it once a week just to gage my reaction. Then increased use

Yep, I'm pregnant and love it but only use it 1-2x a week to prevent over drying. I use it with Purity wash.
