Where's the best place to buy appliances?
I'm looking to replace my kitchen appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven). I'm just wondering where would be the best place to shop around. Also- anyone recommend a specific brand?

Where's the best place to buy appliances?
I walked out of 3 different PC Richards due to horrible service experiences. I will not give them any money. I went to Two Guys appliances on Middle Country Rd in Lake Grove and had a great experience. I would go back to them for everything. They matched prices from PC and then I got a rebate on top of that. Bought stove, DW and washer/dryer. My stove and DW are frigidaire gallery and W/D is whirlpool cabrio. Very happy with all of my selections.

We ordered all of our appliances for the new house with them during their Veteran's Day sale. We haven't had them delivered yet because we're renovating before we move in. We decided on all Samsung appliances.

We got an amazing sale at Sears recently. Stay away from Kenmore. We had 2 major appliances and a microwave from that brand and they all had issues. Our Whirlpool stuff is great so far.

Pc Richards will price match, and after you buy it, if the price drops within 30 or 60 days, they will refund the difference. I haven't had a problem with them.

Re: Where's the best place to buy appliances?
We just bought everything (fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, washer, dryer) from PC Richards and had a great experience. We ended up going back because of a size issue with our fridge and it went much smoother than I expected. We used the store on Sunrise in Bayshore.

PC Richards. I bought all kitchen appliances and a W/D and I got amazing prices.
I didn't take delivery until 4 months later.

I don't know where you are located, but I recently had 2 separate, good experiences with Jay's in Levittown (on Hempstead Turnpike). We had to replace our washing machine, and then our dishwasher broke a month later!
I thought their prices were good (and didn't try to upsell or push warranties we didn't need). Customer service was also good -- they gave a reasonable delivery window and gave 30 minutes notice so I could be sure I was home (unlike some bigger places that give you like an 8 hour window for delivery!).

Jays appliance in Levittown is great.
Stay far away from Frigidaire appliance. we bought 6 about 2.5 years ago, and so far have repaired 4 appliances 1 of which was replaced. We bought the "Professional" series

I had a great experience with Marlin in Seaford when I needed to replace my washer/dryer after Sandy.
If the stars align right in the universe, I will get my new kitchen hopefully by the summer.
I'm going to check them out first.
They had the best prices and everything in stock for delivery when I needed my washer/dryer.
