Can't stop
I can't stop eating all this left over junk. I already threw out so much food. I feel fat and have no motivation

Yea, I basically hit rock bottom this weekend. I started fresh today. I had a huge thing of Costco cream puffs in my fridge that I'd snack on constantly and I brought it to work because I was out of control! I needed the crap gone!

I've been this way since Christmas cookie baking! And with the kids home, I can't get to the gym, so I'm lacking no motivation!
I'm looking forward to Monday & some routine again!
