Spin-off from Bakers: Calling all Non-bakers
If you love dessert, but don't like baking - come on in....
-------------------------------------------------
Here is my recipe for peanut butter pie: It has 5 ingredients, no baking
1 jar (18 oz) smooth peanut butter (I prefer Reese's) 1 gram cracker pie crust (either small or the individual ones - I think they come in 6 or 8) 1-2 tablespoons margarine (maybe softened butter would work) 1/8-1/4 cup confections/powered sugar. 2 bottles magic shell (1 might work but 2 is better)
Put a thin layer of magic shell in the pie crust. Then into the freezer. Mix peanut butter, butter and sugar. Pour into pie shell Top with more magic shell Put into freezer until hard. Refrigerate after. Eat.
The indy ones would feed 2 normal people. You need a VERY small piece - its like good cheesecake size servings. ----------------------------------------------------
The margerine/butter is to losen up the peanut butter. Depending on they type of peanut butter, depends on how much sugar you need. It should taste really sweet. DH says it will put a non-diabetic into diabetic shock.
