Any one have a Thomasville sofa/sectionals?
Does anyone have a Thomasville sofa or sectional? Looking at Thomasville Benjamin leather sectional and seeing such mixed reviews. I have 10 year old Thomasville furniture (dining and living room) and have been very pleased but not a sofa. Looking for some reviews on how they hold up/sagging/wear and tear etc.

Any one have a Thomasville sofa/sectionals?
My parents have had a thomasville sectional for several years. It has held up well. They did have some issues with cushions that flattened out after a couple of years and the company replaced the foam.

That is one of the big complaints I have read about them. Did they have issue with the replacement? Was this recent? I am hearing the customer service in the past 3 years has been downhill.

They did not have any issue with getting the replacement foam. This was more than three years ago so I do not know if things have changed.
