Looking for office assistant in the Southwest Nassau area.

Filing, faxing, scanning, emailing, mail sorting, light appointment setting. Some experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Quickbooks a plus.

-Oversee operations of small business. -Research medical studies.
-Order scientific articles & publications.
-Organize & sort incoming maill.
-Assist in some personal correspondence (ie health insurance reimbursements)

Laid back, home office. Flexible schedule.
Temp position to 8 weeks, part time (2 days a week, could be more).

Salary based on experience.
