Anyone have issues with blinds
from Blinds To Go? We got blinds for our LR/DR approx. 4 years ago. We got pull strings on one side and the rod that twists on the other. 4 out of 6 of our blinds the rod snapped at the top (where it turns). I believe they have a lifetime warranty? Anyone have this issue or any issue with the warranty there?

Re: Anyone have issues with blinds
The rods break very easily. I had some rods break within a month of installation. Not sure about the blinds to go warranty. I am tempted to get the rods replaced with strings like I have in my other blinds.

Re: Anyone have issues with blinds
I have blinds to go in my bedrooms. Never had an issue with the rods (hopefully I have not jinxed myself). Faux wood blinds, and the blinds are opened/closed everyday.
Give them a call and see what they say.

Yes I do. I took them off to clean a few months ago and the strips snapped on 3 of them and the rod won't turn on one. I've replaced them with ones from Home Depot and they are far better. I don't think they are what they used to be.

I was wondering if this could be done. They can change the rods to the strings on the existing blinds??

I agree. Ours are faux wood. I wanted nicer ones for the LR so we went with them though I didn't know they are basically all the same. Since then we have gotten faux wood for the bathroom and a bedroom online and they are exactly the same and much cheaper. These were pretty expensive bc we have so many so I'd rather not throw them out and get all new ones, I feel they never should have broken in te first place!

Yes per the Shade Factory it can be done because I just bought new blinds and was complaining to them about the rods and they said they can be changed. I just don't know if I want the added expense since I have like 10 blinds to do.
PS the rods can be easily fixed as well
