platinum blonde highlights
my natural hair color is dark blonde/light brown. I get blonde highlights about 2x a year.
A few months ago, the girl I use talked me into getting low lights...y'know, cuz it's winter. well, I hate it!
I want to go lighter, maybe some platinum highlights???
Please recommend your colorist!

I'd HIGHLY recommend my hair girl, shes in Holbrook at Hair Pavilion, her name is Cindy. Shes AMAZING!
