AF came 3 days early- first month of trigger
This was my first month getting the HCG trigger shot. I got it 2 weeks ago from yesterday which was CD 11. Then yesterday (CD 25), I got AF. I had no AF symptoms beforehand and was a bit surprised.
Typically, I surge on CD 11 and then get AF on CD 28. So, even without the trigger shot, I could have naturally surged on CD 11 and ovulated shortly after. So I'm a little confused as to why AF came 3 days early.
Could the trigger shot have caused a shorter luteal phase? I'm going to call my doc on Monday to schedule another ovulation monitoring appt. But I was wondering if this happened to anyone here.

Once you are doing medicated cycles, your cycles will not be predictable even if you were very regular beforehand. I would not be concerned.

I agree with pp my cycles shortened with medicated cycles too....good luck!
