Would coconut milk or water be a good replacement for almond milk
in smoothie recipes? I'm allergic to almond and skeeve soy milk lol. Would coconut be ok?

Yes. However, keep in mind that store bought coconut milk/water has lot of sugar in it. I use plain water and when I want my smoothie to be sweet, I add little bit of extra fruit.
ETA: When I make smoothies, I use ice cubes and have to add very little water. So if you are using ice and add only little bit of other liquids, using coconut water should be fine.

If you get the unsweetened coconut milk it only has 1 g sugar, which is far less sugar than even dairy milk.

I use them interchangeably, coconut milk and almond milk. I get both unsweetened so sugar grams are negligible. I use purity coconut water and love it, but my favorite coconut water is Nirvana. They come in glass bottles with green labels and they are the best.

I also have an allergy to Almonds. I wasn't a huge fan of coconut milk so I now drink Flax Milk (when I have cereal). I love it so much better. I have only found it in Stop and Shop by their refrigerated organic section.
