Pre observation- NYC teachers
I have my pre observation on Friday and my principal said be prepared to discuss domain 1. Basically we have to sell ourselves and defend what we do to cover the domain categories. Has anyone had to do this? If so, what evidence did you provide? I am a kindergarten teacher.

i'm not in nyc but we use danielson as well. domain 1 is basically your lesson plan. do you have a copy of the rubric? i would just read everything in the highly effective column and make sure that is what you have.
