Does what I need exist?

I want to start moving away from processed foods. I'm not a great cook, but I try. What my biggest challenge is WHAT and HOW to cook - also finding easy, fast (and kid friendly) meals.

I wish there was a service out there that gave me a meal plan (for all daily meals/snacks) with food I like and recipes and shopping list for the week. Is this what a nutritionist does? Does a service like this exist?

maybe you can do this yourself... with a little help.

what do you know how to make?
what do you like to make?
what are family favorites?

if you can start with a list of ten recipes, you can then slowly have it grow as your comfort level increases.

this is kind of how i learned to cook.

There are also tons of bloggers out there who write about this. I believe one site is called 100 days of Real Food. She writes about what you need for a basic pantry and fridge when going all natural. ETA: Just clicked on her site and there's lots of good stuff including recipe section.

A nutritionist can help you with meal planning and a shopping list. As for the recipes they will like recommend websites or cookbooks.
