Hello Ladies!
It's my first time posting on this board...and we're not officially TTC just yet, but have been speaking about it. We originally wanted to start TTC when I turned closer to 28 (I'm 25 now), but it looks like it might be sooner than that.
We also have been discussing how twins run on both sides of our families, but would consider other methods.
Can anyone recm'd a good website w/loads of information on multiple births?

Twins run in my family as well. Here's what I learned in my research about multiples. It is said that if your mother, her sister (your maternal aunt) or your own sister have had fraternal twins, your chances of having fraternal twins increase significantly. It is also said that older mothers have increased odds of having twins as well. Finally, DH had sent me an article about if a woman has an increased intake of dairy products, she may increase her chances of having multiples.
TWINS AND DAIRY
I am not sure how a father's heredity plays a role. Perhaps it does. I wish you the best of luck.

Glad you're going to be joining us soon!
Twins actually run on BOTH sides of both families, so we'll see what happens. My maternal grandmother was a twin and I have heard that the maternal sides are the ones that dictate twins......
