Homemade protein bars
Does anyone have a healthy recipe that doesn't include store bought protein powder? Thanks.

Instead of protein powder I would like to use almonds or other nuts. May be I shouldn't say protein bars but ask for energy bar recipes.

I just made my own larabars using:
2 cups pitted dates 1 cup almonds 2 tbs chia seeds 2 tbs goji berries 2 tbs hemp seeds 4 tbs cacao powder Salt Cinnamon Vanilla extract
Delish!
