30 Day Challenges
I recently started 3 challenges that I pinned. I'm on Day 10 of an arms, an abs and a squats challenge. I will say I am feeling stronger because it seems to be less and less of a struggle (especially with push ups and planks.). I'm just wondering if these can actually make a difference in how I look. I mean I'm not expecting anything major but wondering if they can actually make a difference. Thoughts?

Yes can make a difference but depends on how strict you are with your diet too.

I'm doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and on her tape she says you can eat your way through any exercise and I agree. I think diet is about 80% of it. exercising helps me to stay motivated and maintain a healthier lifestyle. I'm only on week 2 though ;)
