Pace's of Port Jefferson Closed!
Pace's of PJ Closed
Pace’s Steakhouse on Wynn Lane in Port Jefferson has served its final filet mignon and Porterhouse. The offshoot of the original Hauppauge restaurant opened in 2001.
Co-owner James Pace said that he and his brother, Rinaldo, sold their lease and equipment and are concentrating on their other restaurants. For James, that means Pace’s Steak House in Hauppauge and its wine bar spinoff next door, Blend Wine & Tapas; for Rinaldo, it’s Pace’s Dockside in Mattituck.
More to follow, in the weeks ahead, on the successor to the space.

I honestly didn't even know there WAS a Pace's in Port Jeff. I only knew about Hauppauge and the new one out east.
Personally, I think the one in Hauppauge should close.
It's old looking, dated and to be honest the food is just eh
I think it's seen it's day and it has passed.

I didnt care for Paces....overpriced and not that good.
Plus Ron was our attorney for our house closing....he was so arrogant.
