just started last week and really really love it! i bought it through the actual infomercial-i was watching and just broke down and called! so far i've lost 3 of the 10lbs i need to lose so i am really happy with it. it's intense but the 25 min. thing helps a lot! i also life weights anywhere from 2-3x a week and run 3 mi. or so on the weekend days.

I have been doing it for 3 weeks. I would much rather be out running or at the gym etc etc but with 2 small kids at home its really been great. I can squeeze it in when my DD1 is at preschool and DD2 is napping.

I searched the App Store and there is an app don't know if its official. You can check off which workout you did and write notes on how you did, track your weight and inches I think. It cost 99cents I may try it
