Haha!!! How did you like it? I believe Cardio was your first workout. 25 minutes of nonstop movements.. Love it!!

T25 Alpha Total Body Circuit
I actually do like T25. I completed Alpha, Beta and Gamma when it first came out. I just had some stuff going on and needed to take a break from working out for a while. Now I'm just getting back to my workout routine, so I decided to start the program over from the beginning.
Total Body Circuit just is not my particular favorite. I like that the choreography is not overly complicated, so I don't have to waste time trying to figure out what I'm supposed to be doing.

I hate total body workout, I honestly cant do the planks and walking and such I do the modified but very often I find I just cant finish it,
I think speed is my favorite, its the one I come closest to nailing

Love the speed but the Beta one. I always look forward to that day. My sister hates it..lol
