Anyone run stairs?
Ideally, a stadium would be best, but since I don't live near one  I was thinking I should make use of the stairs I do have on cruddy days.
Do you see results?

Anyone run stairs?
Stair running is great-- it burns tons of calories, is really intensive cardio, and is a good butt/leg shaper! Go for it!
